This is fabulous advice Yann. It’s something I can really use. You have described me so well here. I am positive I have ADD. Halfway through reading your post I jumped up to do something else. Not because it wasn’t interesting – because I found it extremely interesting, but because I have a really tough time focusing on just one thing. I am going to try to employ your advice immediately.

Thanks Yann. I’m going to have a think about this. I generally have one main project at any one time, and a number of “background” tasks to keep other projects sizzling along.
